Return and Refund Policy
At AttireT.Store, we are committed to providing you with on-demand custom clothing tailored to your preferences. As a custom clothing company, we prioritize the quality of our products, and we understand that issues may arise, particularly in the printing process. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Return Period: Our return policy lasts for 15 days. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us immediately upon delivery if there are any issues with your order. If 15 days have passed since your delivery and you have not contacted us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. Certain items, such as underwear, swimsuits, and visibly worn or intimate goods, are exempt from being returned.
Return Process: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In some cases, pictures may be required to illustrate the reason for the return.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, items returned more than 5 days after delivery may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, and contact your credit card company, and your bank. If issues persist, reach out to us at admin@attiret.store.
Sale Items, Exchanges, and Gifts:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Contact us at admin@attiret.store for assistance.
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping: To initiate a return, contact us at admin@attiret.store or call us at 888-637-0013. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note that the time for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.
