Welcome to ATTIRET. ATTIRET is operated by Attire T LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.attiret.store and purchases made through the store. By accessing the site, using its features, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the store.

1. Store Use and Eligibility

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation or security, transmit malicious code, provide fraudulent information, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

If you are not legally able to enter into a purchase agreement where you live, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult as required by law.

2. Products, Availability and Display

ATTIRET offers apparel, accessories, creator merchandise, home and lifestyle products, personalized items, and other designs. Many products are made to order. Product availability, specifications, colors, materials, designs, pricing, and descriptions may change or be discontinued without notice.

We work to present products accurately, but screen settings, product mockups, manufacturing methods, materials, placement, and normal production variation can affect how a finished item appears. Minor differences that do not constitute a defect may occur.

3. Personalized and Custom Products

We customize exactly what you enter. For personalized products, the text or details submitted with your order are used to create the customization. Review spelling, capitalization, spaces, punctuation, symbols, and special characters before submitting your order.

If you want an @ symbol to appear on the finished item, include the @ symbol in the personalization field. If you do not enter @, ATTIRET will not add it unless the specific product page clearly states otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted personalization details are correct and that you have the right to use any name, handle, phrase, logo, image, or other material you provide. Personalized items are subject to our Refund Policy, and customer-submitted spelling, formatting, or entry errors may not qualify for a return, replacement, or refund except where required by law or otherwise provided in that policy.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Submitting an order does not require ATTIRET to accept or fulfill it in every circumstance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, product or fulfillment availability, shipping restrictions, misuse of promotions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund for the cancelled portion. Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other applicable charges may be calculated or added where appropriate during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information and to update that information when necessary so we can process your order and contact you about it.

5. Fulfillment and Shipping

Many ATTIRET products are produced after an order is placed. Production time occurs before shipping time. Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different facilities or providers and may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery dates and transit estimates are estimates rather than guarantees when timing depends on carriers, fulfillment providers, customs, weather, address accuracy, or other circumstances outside ATTIRET's reasonable control. Our Shipping Policy contains additional details and is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the current Refund Policy posted on the store. Product-specific restrictions, including restrictions that apply to personalized or made-to-order items, may apply as described in that policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Third-Party Services

The ATTIRET store is hosted through Shopify. We may also use payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, customer-support tools, and other third-party services necessary to operate the store and fulfill orders.

Third-party services and websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. ATTIRET is not responsible for the independent content, availability, policies, or actions of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the ATTIRET name, site content, original artwork, designs, graphics, text, photographs, branding, and other creative material displayed on the store are owned by or licensed to Attire T LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, branding, or other intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, copy, scrape, or republish protected store content without permission or another lawful basis.

9. Customer Submissions and Communications

You remain responsible for information and content you submit to ATTIRET, including personalization instructions, uploaded material, reviews, messages, and other communications. Do not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to use.

ATTIRET may use information or materials you submit as reasonably necessary to process your order, produce requested customization, provide support, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or otherwise operate the store in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the site to violate law or third-party rights, commit fraud, impersonate another person, harass or threaten others, distribute malware, interfere with store security, scrape or harvest data through abusive automated means, circumvent access controls, misuse checkout or promotional systems, or otherwise disrupt the store or its users.

11. Errors and Corrections

Occasionally the store may contain typographical errors, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product details, availability errors, or other mistakes. Where permitted by law, ATTIRET may correct information, update the store, or cancel and refund an affected order when a material error makes fulfillment impractical or inaccurate.

12. Availability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its online features are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every moment. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Attire T LLC, ATTIRET, and their service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such liability may lawfully be limited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14. Responsibility for Misuse or Submitted Content

You are responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the store, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person's rights, to the extent responsibility may lawfully be assigned to you.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the ATTIRET Privacy Policy. Additional privacy-request and compliance tools may also be available on the store depending on location.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, products, services, technology, operations, or applicable requirements. The current version will be posted on this page. Changes apply as permitted by law, and any mandatory notice or consent requirements remain unaffected.

17. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply based on your location remain unaffected.

18. Severability and No Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure by ATTIRET to enforce a provision in one instance does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
